Calibration of anemometers and volumetric flow hoods
Calibration of anemometers
In order to be able to measure air velocities in clean rooms reliably and accurately with an anemometer, periodic calibration of the anemometer is essential. This is the only way to ensure that the measured air velocity values correspond to reality. With our specially developed and built wind tunnel, we can calibrate your anemometer in an air velocity range of 0 to 40 m/s – regardless of design and manufacturer. The SCS calibration certificates (ISO 17025 accreditation) issued by us fulfill all requirements, especially the requirements from the GMP area.

Calibration of volumetric flow measuring hoods
In cleanrooms and similar applications, the precise measurement of supply or exhaust air volume flows is essential, for example to determine the air exchange rate. This is only possible with precise – i.e. calibrated – measuring devices. Our specially developed and built volumetric flow test stand allows the calibration of volumetric flow measuring hoods (balometers) in a measuring range of 50 to 1900 m³/h. The SCS calibration certificates (ISO 17025 accreditation) issued by us fulfill all requirements, especially the requirements from the GMP area.
